Payment and refund policy
Access begins only after a submitted payment is reviewed and approved by an authorised administrator.
Professional review required
Launch draft — refund timeframes and statutory rights require professional legal review before paid public enrolment.
Activation and expiry
Approval records the accepted amount, plan, access start and expiry dates. The agreed weekly session entitlement applies only to that cycle unless extended in writing.
Corrections, rejected payments and refunds
Duplicate or unverifiable references may be rejected or require more information. Refund eligibility depends on the approved service terms, sessions delivered and applicable law.
Scholarships and complimentary access
An authorised administrator may record a waiver, scholarship, discount or extension with an audit entry. These do not alter another family’s plan.
