Trust and data
My Piano Week minimises child data, restricts educational records and gives families clear procedures for access, correction and deletion.
Launch draft — requires professional review for Ghanaian and any destination-country privacy obligations before accepting real students.
Account details, guardian and learner profiles, consent, musical history, learning records, schedules, payment evidence, support communications and submitted learning media.
To place and teach learners, protect access, administer tuition, communicate with guardians, document progress and meet safeguarding and operational obligations.
Guardians see only linked children. Students see their own authorised learning records. Assigned teachers see the students they teach. Controlled administrators manage the service. Vendors receive only what is required to provide contracted infrastructure.
Learning records are preserved through subscription expiry. Families may request access, correction, export or deletion, subject to lawful safeguarding, financial and dispute-retention needs.
