These terms explain accounts, teaching access, conduct, curriculum progress and responsible use of the My Piano Week service.

A responsible adult must create and supervise accounts for minors, keep credentials private and provide accurate consent and learner information.
Access is personal, time-limited by an approved enrolment and subject to grade, pathway and teacher-assigned unlock rules. Student work remains preserved after expiry.
Participation does not guarantee grade completion or an external result. Progress requires demonstrated competencies. External boards and course providers issue their own credentials.
Users must not share protected lessons, other learners’ information, live-session links or copyrighted assets; interfere with the service; or upload unlawful or harmful material.
